• ORDER INITIATED | With the completion of your check-out session and an approved transaction, your order is initiated in our system. You will be automatically notified and you will receive a confirmation number.

• ORDER DISPATCHED | Once your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive a notification from us including your AWB / Carrier Tracking Number.

• CANCELLING AN ORDER | You can freely cancel your order at any time until it has been dispatched from us. Once your package was deliver to the courier, the Exchanges & Returns policy comes into effect. If you want to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched by us, you can easily do so by writing to us at revanta@aleksanderrevas.com. Please specify your order number.

• SHIPPING TIME | We do our best to ship your products as quickly as possible. Still, for environmental reasons, we follow a strict NO-OVERSTOCKING policy which might mean slightly longer delivery times. We will ship your package between 5 to 12 working days from receiving your order.

• SHIPPING LOCATIONS | We ship internationally from within the European Union (Romania). We do our best to cover as many countries as possible but exceptions apply. Please see our current countries of delivery here.

• SHIPPING COST | Your shipping cost is calculated automatically during the check-out process and is added to the final price. | We provide free shipping for all customers on orders above 400 euros.

• ORDER TRACKING | At the time we dispatch your order, you will receive an e-mail from us clearly stating the AWB / Courier Tracking Number as well as a link to the courier's delivery tracking website / app.

• INFORMATION ABOUR YOUR DELIVERY | If you need any additional details or you encounter any problems with your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail at revanta@aleksanderrevas.com, or via the chat function on the revanta.store website. • ECO-PACKAGING | All REVANTA pieces purchased from our stores will be shipped in custom packaging created from recycled cardboard.

• ADDITIONAL / ALTERNATIVE PACKAGING | Please note that pieces purchased from resellers might be delivered in different packaging, outside of our control. Similarly, certain carriers might over-wrap the packages in additional protective wrapping.

We are mostly sure you will love your purchases with us, but just in case you would like to return or exchange them, you can do so for free, within 15 days of receiving your order.

• We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and labels, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• We provide free returns for up to one return per order.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised or bespoke products.
